Account & Profile. Name, email, password. Business users also provide business name, ABN, phone number, and address.

Location. With your consent, we collect location data to match you with nearby tradespeople. Business users provide service area coordinates.

Content. Reviews, ratings, gallery photos, job descriptions, and messages submitted through the platform.

Usage Data. Pages visited, searches performed, IP address, browser type, and device information.

• Match clients with relevant tradespeople by location and service
• Process subscriptions and payments
• Send notifications about quote requests, reviews, and account activity
• Display business profiles, reviews, and gallery images publicly
• Improve the platform and provide customer support
• Detect fraud and comply with legal obligations

Your data may be processed by the following services, each operating under their own privacy policies:

• Supabase: authentication, database, and file storage
• Stripe: subscription payment processing
• Mapbox: map display and location services
• Google: OAuth sign-in (if you use Google login)

We use cookies to maintain your session and remember preferences (e.g. dark mode). We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data:

• With other users as part of platform functionality (e.g. public business profiles)
• With service providers who help operate the platform
• When required by law or to protect rights and safety

We retain your data while your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data is removed within 30 days, except where legally required to retain it.
